    Hi Mrs. Kelly!

This is a quote from the book Enna Burning by Shannon Hale. It’s part of the Bayern series that I really enjoy reading.

“Enna let the fire burn out.”

This quote was confusing, so it led to suspense, which made me want to keep reading. I really like this lead since it’s short and simple yet intriguing and interesting.

He was laying there with no movement except the faint up and down motion from breathing.
