    Dear Mrs. Kelly

So far, the book Tangerine is going pretty well. It’s very different, which makes the story interesting. Thanks for the recommendation!

Hi Mrs. Kelly!!!!! I love the way that you re-decorated the blog!!!! It’s so cool!!!!!!!!!!
I think that I want to start reading the Beakon Street girl books that haley and katie suggested.
I’ve read a little of the first book but i found it a little boring.
    Here’s my lead:
My years of memories soon fade into just yesterday. “Please tell you’re lying” I whisper with confidence.

      Sarah R,

I’m glad you decided to start reading the series! It’s great once you get into it. Sometimes, the books can start off a little boring, so I’d give it some time. If you wanted to, you could try another book in the series that might be more appealing to you. Good luck!

Love your memoir lead too. It’s really suspenseful.

See you in per. 3/4!!!!!!!!!! :)

      Katie :)

my bio is on Jim Henson and i wanted to do him even though i didn’t exactly how he had positvely impacted the world and look what quote i found from him on the second page:
“At some point in my life I decided, rightly or wrongly, that there are many situations in this life that I can’t do much about-acts of terrorism, feelings of nationalistic prejudice,Cold War,etc.-so what I should do is concentrate on the situations that my energy can affect.”
i think that is what a positive impact is!!! :)

I recently finished the Inheritince Cycle(or what I could of it).

This might make me sound like the biggest dragon nerd on the planet, but here’s the summery of the first book:

Eragon, a poor farm boy abandoned to Uncle and Aunt at birth, is shocked when he finds a wierd blue stone in The Spine (mountain range) while hunting. He is even more suprised when a dragon hatches from it! There’s only one problem: the evil King Gallbatorix. You see, long ago, Alagaseia was ruled by the Dragon Riders until a bad rider betrayed them to Galbatorix. Eragon and his dragon must flee from their town of Carvahal. Only what happens when a mysterious story teller finds out about Eragon’s dragon? What are theese creatures called Ra’zac that have just murdered Eragon’s uncle? All theese questions and more will be answered in the first book: Eragon By: Christopher Paoloni

I just finished a book called “Life as We Knew it” by Susan Beth Pfeffer.
(anyone who enjoyed “the Hunger Games” should like this book)

The story is about 16 year old Mirinda who lives in Philadelphia.
Everyone is excited about watching an asteroid crash into the moon. No big deal right? Right? Wrong!
When the asteroid hits the moon, everything seems fine at first.
But then the moon gets bigger, and bigger, and bigger.
The moon has been knocked out of orbit and everything goes wrong.
    Freak storms.
    HUGE tsunamis.
    No power.
    Volcanis eruptions.
    Frost in August.
    And that’s just the begining…
